Craig is one of the most dedicated and versatile professions I have worked with. He has solid project management skills. but is also resourceful in managing technical issues on site related telecommunications and information technology specific to Media and Broadcast operations. He relates well to all people and works well in a multi-cultural/multi-ethnic environment , with leadership skills suited to international events such as the Asian games, or any large multi-disciplined project.
Craig directed the management of all technology requirements, including the network design and implementation schedule across the International Media Centre. The build achieve the agreed client specifications for all clientele including the international media and broadcast agencies. His role in establishing the build tender as well as greater build requirements across the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre required sound negotiation skills and the requirements to follow government procurement processes. It has been a pleasure to work with Craig and I highly recommend him.
Craig is a top class professional. He took the lead for our technology relationship with the broadcasters and press agencies covering the Olympic and Paralympic Games, acting as point person during detailed planning, delivery and operational phases. Craig’s background and previous large scale event experience means he has a lot of credibility with these clients which along with his easy manner meant he was able to build great relationships with them. The clients always knew that Craig would deal with any issues and make sure our technology delivery was consistently the best it could be. Highly recommended.
CTG was initially engaged to review the Host Broadcast contract and further contracted to manage the Technology program for Melbourne venues as well as establish, negotiate and execute the CATV/IPTV contracts and telecommunications needs for host and international broadcasters across all venues. With Craig’s vast experience in delivering Technology programs for major events the planning, implementation and operations of the Technology program was completed to a very high standard with no major faults experienced during competition.
